Shipping policy

1. General Overview

Fête Society works with a network of trusted manufacturing partners and shipping carriers to deliver both ready-to-ship and custom-made products. This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Fête Society, including items ordered via the Fête Shop and items custom-quoted by a Fête Society representative.

All stated production or processing timelines are estimates and do not include shipping time. While every effort is made to meet the estimated timelines, Fête Society shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs inspections, or international transit disruptions.

2. Fête Shop Purchases

Products purchased directly through the Fête Shop will be shipped via the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically based on destination and carrier service.

  • Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • All risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Fête Society is not responsible or liable for any delays, losses, or damages occurring in transit once an order has left its facility. Any delivery disputes must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

3. Custom-Quoted Orders

Custom orders (defined as products quoted and invoiced directly by a Fête Society employee) follow a distinct shipping process.

  • Production and shipping timelines begin only after full payment has been received.

  • Quoted shipping costs reflect the transit period after items leave Fête Society’s facility, not the time required for production or international transfer from manufacturers to Fête Society.

Many custom items are produced overseas through trusted manufacturing partners. In most cases, international shipments are first sent to Fête Society, where quantities are verified, quality is inspected, and orders are repackaged before forwarding to the final client.

Fête Society is not responsible or liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, or international freight once a shipment has left either Fête Society’s facility or that of its manufacturing partners.

4. International Shipments

For products shipped directly from an international vendor, this will be clearly noted at checkout or in the client’s quote as “International Shipping.” The applicable shipping rate and estimated delivery timeline will be specified accordingly.

All international shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause additional delays beyond the estimated delivery date. Any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

5. Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Fête Society shall not be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to customer error or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs and associated carrier fees.
