To ensure your products arrive on time and allow for artwork revisions, we recommend placing your order at least 8 weeks before your event. Early planning ensures everything is perfect for your special day!
Can you create custom artwork for my order?
Yes! We offer custom artwork services for a fee. If you already have artwork youâd like to use, weâre happy to incorporate it into your designs at no additional cost. Please ensure your artwork meets our submission guidelines, which weâll provide upon request.
Do you offer discounts for repeat customers?
Yes! Brides who have used FĂȘte Society for bachelorette or shower details receive a 10% discount on their wedding custom product suite orders. To qualify for this discount tag us in your bachelorette post and email us for your promo code!
What is included in the cost of my order?
All FĂȘte Society products in the shop include the cost of custom design, so you can be sure every detail is uniquely tailored to your event.
What happens if my order doesnât arrive on time?
We do our best to meet estimated production and delivery timelines, which are noted on each product page. However, we recommend ordering early, as refunds are not available for items that donât arrive by the event date due to unforeseen delays.
Can I make changes to my order after itâs placed?
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible. If you need to make adjustments, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or contains errors caused by us, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or store credit.
Can I see a proof of my design before production?
Absolutely! For custom products, weâll provide a proof for your approval. This ensures the design meets your expectations before production begins.
