How far in advance should I place my order for wedding or large event custom product suites?
To ensure your products arrive on time and allow for artwork revisions, we recommend placing your order at least 8 weeks before your event. Early planning helps ensures everything is perfect for your special day!

When does production begin on my order?
Production and shipping timelines do not begin until your order has been paid in full. Once payment is received, your project officially moves into production. Please note that orders will not be submitted to our manufacturers or vendors until full payment has been processed.

Are items made overseas?
Yes - many of our custom products are made overseas through trusted manufacturing partners. We recommend allowing a minimum of 8 weeks for combined production and transit time for all internationally produced items.

Most international shipments are sent directly to Fête Society first, where we verify quantities, inspect quality, and repackage each order before sending it on to the final client. This extra step ensures every detail meets our standards before your order arrives to you.

Please note that Fête Society is not responsible for delays caused by international shipping, customs inspections, or domestic carrier issues once a shipment has left either our facility or that of our manufacturing partners.

  • The shipping rate shown at checkout applies only once your order ships from Fête Society, unless otherwise specified.

  • If your order ships directly from an international vendor, it will be clearly noted as “International Shipping” at checkout, along with a specific rate for that service.

Can you create custom artwork for my order?
Yes! We offer custom artwork services for a fee. If you already have artwork you’d like to use, we’re happy to incorporate it into your designs at no additional cost. Please ensure your artwork meets our submission guidelines, which we’ll provide upon request.

Do you offer discounts for repeat customers?
Yes! Brides who have used Fête Society for bachelorette or shower details receive a 10% discount on their wedding custom product suite orders. To qualify for this discount tag us in your bachelorette post and email us for your promo code!

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive on time?
We do our best to meet estimated production and delivery timelines, which are noted on each product page. However, we recommend ordering early, as refunds are not available for items that don’t arrive by the event date due to unforeseen delays.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible. If you need to make adjustments, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or contains errors caused by us, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or store credit.

Can I see a proof of my design before production?
Absolutely! For custom products, we’ll provide a proof for your approval. This ensures the design meets your expectations before production begins.
