Final Sale on Custom Items
All custom-made orders are final sale and non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review all order details—including personalization, quantities, and shipping information—before completing your purchase.

Production Timelines
Estimated production timelines are noted on each product page. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, shipping congestion, or supply chain disruptions, may occur.

Event-Specific Deadlines
Refunds or cancellations are not available if items do not arrive in time for a specific event. We recommend placing your order a minimum of eight (8) weeks prior to your desired in-hand date for any products produced overseas to allow sufficient time for both production and transit.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains an error caused by Fête Society, please contact us within three (3) business days of delivery. We will promptly review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.

Shipping
Many of our products are made overseas through trusted manufacturing partners. Please note that Fête Society is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, or international transit once a shipment has left either our facility or that of our manufacturing partners. Once items are in transit, they are in the care of the carrier.

Cancellations
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. For clarity, production is considered begun once proofs are approved and/or an order has been submitted to our manufacturing partners.
