Social Media & Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Fête Society is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Social Media & Administrative Assistant to support our CEO! This is a part-time, in-person role - perfect for a local college student or recent grad who has an eye for what’s fresh, fun, and stylish in the wedding and events world.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, create, and schedule content for Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Research and follow trends in the wedding industry and social media to keep our content relevant and engaging
  • Assist with packing and fulfilling customer orders
  • Support with light administrative tasks like organizing emails and managing small projects
  • Bring your own creative ideas to the table - we want your input!

Who You Are:

  • Based in St. Louis, MO and able to work in-person
  • Naturally creative and up-to-date on what’s trending on social media
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable
  • Comfortable working part-time (hours can be flexible around your schedule)
